For those with PPO or general insurance plans that include out-of-network benefits, we simplify the process by providing an itemized statement after each visit. This statement can be submitted to your insurance company for direct reimbursement, putting the control back in your hands. Typically, reimbursements are processed and paid directly to you within a two-week timeframe.
Exception to fee for service is direct pay Medical Coverage – (MedPay) in the case of an Auto Injury (We do not accept PI Liens).
